If you're not familiar with me, I’m Edna.

I began down this path of a more holistic approach to engagements in 2018, after working with a number of couples who had become disconnected from each other during the wedding planning. They felt overwhelmed, were overthinking so decision making became difficult. Getting annoyed with their partners because of the disconnection and not knowing how to reconnect & then questioning their relationship.

I see myself as a facilitator for couples who are engaged & want to experience an engagement season that is intentional for their wedding plans, relationship and wellbeing.

Based on balancing the emotional, physical, social, spiritual and environmental aspects of holistic wellness. I use a variety of modalities, such as 1:1 offerings, group programmes, meditation, journaling, astrology, workshops alongside the practicality of planning a wedding.

This will help you to create space for connecting with Self, your partner and be intentional with this as part of the wedding planning process.

Here are a few things that have

shaped and guided my world

Planning weddings have been a big part of my life for over 10 years. I've been fortunate enough to plan and coordinate weddings for couples across the UK and Ghana. My experience has given me the knowledge and confidence to give you key and honest advice, share stress saving tips and guidance.

With over 15 years of leadership experience within both the fashion industry and personal development field, this has translated into an organised and caring spirit with an eye for detail allowing me to embrace every aspect of a wedding with a heart centred and intuitive approach. As a natural problem solver, utilising my learning and development skills and my own personal experience, I blended my love of weddings with relationship coaching to guide and support couples to create a more intentional wedding, connect deeper and enjoy their engagement season.

My Family!

My partner of 30+ years who I’ve grown up with, he has witnessed all the versions of me. We have two adult children and they’ve been with me through it all. The biggest lesson I've learnt in my relationship is; the love you feel for each other is constantly changing. Acceptance is key to the fact that we both regularly change and evolve. What’s needed? Communication; listening to each other and expressing ourselves lovingly is important to work through these times.

Spirituality

This means for me, Authenticity of Self. I’ve been on a conscious journey of self discovery since 2005 and I am constantly learning about myself and others.

Do I burn sage, have crystals, work with the moon and astrology (My main three, Cancer, Taurus & Scorpio), pull tarot cards, work with reiki, meditate and journal? YEP! So expect some of this in my work.

But it’s more than that it’s an awareness of who you really are and the world around you.

Self care is a must

Yoga, walking, resting, puzzles, I’m a homebody. I’m a straight talking ex-coffee lover who likes to read and have luxurious baths.

A few things I love

I love flowers. I love candles. I also love big belly laughs ‘till tears come down. Relaxing by water: ocean, sea, river, lake, preferably with the heat of the sun on my skin. I love to host gatherings.

What They Said…

Edna, was extremely helpful. One of my favourite parts was when we received the timeline which gave us more understanding of what to expect on the day. It helped us understand exactly what to expect and who had to be where and when. It felt as if all the jigsaw pieces finally fitted together.
